On May 26, our factory manager led the sales staff to visit the production workshop, activated carbon testing laboratory, and activated carbon warehouse, and explained the activated carbon production process, golden carbon testing experiment, water treatment activated carbon screening process, etc.

First, the factory manager briefly introduced the background and development of the factory to the salesperson.

Secondly, the salesperson was led to visit our production equipment, where they learned about the specific production process, including carbonization, activation, discharging, drying and sampling.

Thirdly, they went to the factory laboratory to check various testing equipment and test records. Before the products leave the factory, we will conduct sample tests to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.

Then, the salesperson kept our factory's certificates, including ISO, Halal and SGS. This is the best proof to show customers the quality of our activated carbon.

Finally, the factory manager and the salesperson had a comprehensive discussion on recent customer inquiries and individual customization requirements to provide customers with better products and services.
